Impact of Financial breakdown on General Public ..
Though it’s a game on large scale and common man can’t understand where he is getting effected by financial breakdown , as you can see everywhere there is one news surrounding and that is the financial un stability - you might be thinking if people are that much worried about financial breakdown then why I am not worried about it , is this breakdown effecting my pocket ? these are all questions which run into the mind of common man but he don’t know where he is getting effected .
Today I’ll proof all this with a simple example and I am sure you will get my words .When some Company invest then they take loans from the banks or other sources , they put the money in cycle and get profit into its pocket but this is only true when the days are in favor of that company , certainly the situation was in favor of all big masses year ago but after the financial breakdown every organization faced a big loss due to which they could not successfully return the money to the source who was funding them – In the meanwhile lots of funding companies put a bankruptcy case against those organizations who did not successfully returned their money .
In this way companies get a big loss and the workers also got a big loss because when there is no source of earning for the company then they just start firing people out of the company .
So all the workers working with those companies get jobless – that’s the loss to only those who was working for that organization – what about those who are not working with these organization ? – Yes they are also effected because the production rate has been decreased and all other competitors are putting their own rates to maintain proper margin for profits , so things are provided at high prices which effect every person who uses the product of that company . This is how financial crises effect every individual and this can only be improved if people get some confidence and invest in the market as they were investing before the financial break down .
